About Us

Our team has been working in the field of teleinformatics since 1996. Over time, we expanded our services to include delivering advanced, comprehensive, software solutions tailored for the hospitality and telecommunications industries.

In 1998, after conducting a detailed market analysis, we discovered a significant gap: there was no modern hotel software fully aligned with market requirements. Existing solutions were either technologically outdated or, in the case of foreign products, prohibitively expensive. This insight led us to invest in the development of a comprehensive system to support hotel management.

In 2000, we launched the first version of the EKONCEPT software. Since then, we have been systematically improving the system, introducing new functionalities. We understand that hotel software is merely a tool to streamline hotel operations. Therefore, during implementation, we also emphasize:

  • Properly designing document workflows
  • Clearly defining staff roles and responsibilities
  • Establishing guest service standards

Only a comprehensive implementation guarantees the efficient operation of a facility.

A key strength of our company is our interdisciplinary team, which brings together IT specialists, economists, and practitioners with experience in hotel operations.

Our clients play a significant role in shaping the direction of our product development, often guiding our focus. To date, we have completed hundreds of implementations across Poland. The invaluable knowledge gained from these projects is reflected in the quality of our product.
